Your fare includes one carry-on item at no extra cost (up to 42 × 30 × 18 cm and 7 kg), placed in the overhead area without blocking aisles. Yes. Children between ages 2 and 7 travel at 50% off the standard fare. Preferential student pricing is also available and is automatically applied when “Student” is selected during booking.

Question 3

Can I change date or departure time after payment?

Accepted Answer

Yes, paid bookings can be adjusted if you contact Customer Service at least 12 hours before the scheduled departure.

Question 4

Cancellations are accepted up to 12 hours before departure.
If cancelled within that timeframe, the full amount is refunded to the same payment card, usually within 1–7 business days, depending on your issuing bank.
