1.1 The general business terms and special reservation conditions apply to the use of Hop & Go web portals and the booking of travel with Hop & Go.
The travel reservation contractor (ticket seller), as well as the web portal operator, is S.C MIRTRANS – EXPRESS S.R.L., point of operation XXX, hereinafter referred to as Hop & Go.
3.1 Price comparison websites may sign a written agreement with Hop & Go authorizing them to obtain Hop & Go’s prices and schedule information for processing and publication.
4.1 Travel tickets can be paid using different payment methods depending on the reservation channel:
4.2 Special conditions for credit card payments:
4.2.1 At reservation completion, the customer's account is charged. In case of payment refusal, the customer must provide full name and address for debt recovery.
4.2.2 Any bank fees and charges resulting from payment refusal are borne by the passenger. Cancellation fees may apply. The passenger may prove that no costs were incurred. Access to credit card payments may be blocked.
4.3 After an unsuccessful payment reminder, the debt recovery file is forwarded to an external service provider, and necessary personal data may be shared.
4.4 Compensation and right of retention:
4.4.1 The right to compensation exists only if the customer's claims are legally established, undisputed, or acknowledged. The right of retention applies only within the same contractual relationship.
4.4.2 In case of payment delay, all receivables under the same contract become due immediately.
4.5 Payment fees:
4.5.1 The total price shown includes third-party payment processing fees and applicable VAT.
4.5.2 Customers choosing fee-applicable methods will pay a percentage of the cart value plus VAT. At least one free payment method is available in every country.
4.6 Voucher redemption:
4.6.1 One voucher per booking; monetary vouchers apply to the whole cart. Percentage or free-travel vouchers apply only to the ticket price.
4.6.2 Promotions: one voucher per person; use of more may result in cancellation of extra bookings.
4.6.3 Free promotional vouchers expire on first use.
4.6.4 Commercial resale of vouchers is prohibited and sanctioned.
4.6.5 Voucher balance payouts are not possible.
4.6.6 In case of fraud, Hop & Go may block accounts, request alternative payment, and/or block vouchers.
4.6.7 Hop & Go may void tickets paid partially or fully by voucher if fraud is suspected.
4.7 Promotional code redemption:
4.7.1 One promotional code per booking; activated automatically within 48 hours and redeemable online or at partner agencies.
4.7.2 Codes are valid for three months.
4.7.3 Only direct journeys (except round-trip) can be booked. Departure point does not need to be destination.
4.7.4 Codes are personal and non-transferable.
4.7.5 Reservation changes only through customer service; cancellations are excluded.
4.7.6 Commercial resale of codes is prohibited and sanctioned.
4.7.7 Code balance payouts are not possible.
4.7.8 Each journey booked via code is separate.
4.7.9 The passenger may cancel the contract within 14 days of signing by written notice.
4.8 Promotional actions:
4.8.1 Discounted tickets limited to three per person; excess bookings may be canceled.
4.8.2 Commercial resale of promotional tickets is prohibited and sanctioned.
4.8.3 In case of fraud, Hop & Go may block accounts, request alternative payment, or cancel tickets.
4.8.4 Hop & Go may void tickets obtained through reimbursement if fraud is detected.
4.8.5 Tickets purchased during an expired offer must be purchased at the full price valid on the day of travel.
5.1 Rebooking requires prior cancellation; modifications or cancellations are not possible on board.
5.2 Cancellations can be made exclusively online or through partner agencies at least 12 hours before departure. A round-trip is considered a single booking.
5.2.1 Promotional tickets canceled are non-refundable.
5.3 The booking amount will be refunded in full to the account indicated; if paid by credit card, to the same card.
5.4 No cancellation fees; name changes require payment of any price difference; phone number changes are free.
5.5 In case of passenger delays due to flight delays (for pick-up at Otopeni Airport), Hop & Go will transfer passengers to the next available service.
